Payment and Refund Policy
Last updated: 23 September 2026
Scope of the Policy and Covered Services
This Payment and Refund Policy applies to all purchases of Course A, our lifestyle and visual media production guide. The guide covers studio styling, lighting balance, camera composition, and polished workflows for entertainment content. It is provided as digital access through glamzixpo and is intended for individual consumers and professional users located in the United Kingdom. The policy explains how payments are processed, when contracts are formed, what cancellation rights apply, and the conditions under which refunds may be granted. It does not cover physical goods or services provided by third parties.
Prices, Currencies, Taxes and Additional Charges
All prices are displayed in British Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include value added tax at the prevailing UK rate unless otherwise stated. Additional charges may apply for optional extras such as extended access periods or supplementary materials. Any such charges are clearly shown before you complete your purchase. glamzixpo reserves the right to adjust prices, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Accepted Payment Methods, Authorisation and Security
We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as approved digital payment services. Payment is authorised at the time of order placement. All transactions are processed through secure third-party gateways that comply with UK payment standards. Your payment details are not stored on our systems. In the event of a payment failure, you will be notified immediately and given the opportunity to retry with an alternative method.
Order Confirmation and Contract Formation
Once you submit your order and payment is successfully authorised, you will receive an email confirmation containing your order details and access instructions. A binding contract is formed at the point of this confirmation. The confirmation email also includes a copy of this policy and details of your statutory rights.
Cancellation Rights and Applicable Periods
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days of the contract being formed, provided you have not started to access or download the digital content. If you request immediate access, you acknowledge that your cancellation right ends once access begins. Cancellations must be notified in writing to [email protected].
Refund Eligibility, Exclusions and Non-Refundable Items
Refunds are available where cancellation occurs within the statutory period and access has not been granted. Refunds are not provided for change of mind after access has started, for completed downloads, or where the content has been used. Promotional or discounted purchases may carry additional restrictions that are explained at the point of sale. No refund is given for failure to meet technical requirements on your own device.
Step-by-Step Procedure to Request a Refund
To request a refund, send an email to [email protected] with your order number, full name, and a clear statement that you wish to cancel. Include the date of purchase and any supporting information. Requests must be made within the applicable time limits. We will acknowledge receipt within two working days.
Inspection, Approval, Rejection and Notification
Upon receiving your request, glamzixpo will review it against the policy criteria. You will be notified of the decision by email within 14 days. If approved, processing begins immediately. If rejected, the reasons will be explained together with any options for appeal or further contact.
Refund Method, Processing Time and Receipt of Funds
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Processing typically takes up to 10 working days, although it may take longer depending on your bank or card issuer. You will receive confirmation once the refund has been issued.
Special Rules for Digital Content and Subscriptions
Course A is digital content. Once access credentials are provided or a download is initiated, the right to cancel is lost. Subscription renewals, if offered, follow the same rules and can be cancelled before the next billing cycle to avoid charges. No partial refunds are given for unused portions of a subscription period.
Failed Payments, Duplicate Charges, Chargebacks and Suspected Fraud
If a payment fails, your order will not be processed. Duplicate charges will be investigated and refunded where verified. Chargebacks are treated as cancellations and may result in loss of access. Suspected fraudulent activity will be reported to the relevant authorities and may lead to account suspension.
Mandatory Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other UK legislation. These rights cannot be excluded or limited. If you believe your rights have been infringed, you may seek redress through the courts or alternative dispute resolution schemes.
